ADMINISTRATION AND HR SPECIALIST
Key responsibilities
- Maintains company's archive according to the legal requirements
- Labour contract preparation, signing and filing to the state authorities
- Кeeps records of attendance at work for the administrative staff
- Payroll preparation – calculation of monthly, quarterly and ad-hock bonuses, data input of all relevant payroll information – paid leaves, unpaid leaves, sick leaves, variable pays, salary changes, work time input
- Prepares annual leave, paid and unpaid leaves orders and keeps records for it
- Prepares different statements for the employees
- Maintains personnel files
- Oversees labour law compliance
- Supports recruitment projects
- Updates job requirements when needed and creates job descriptions for different roles
- Prepares different ad hoc reports and documents upon management's request
- Participates and supports Group and Regional HR projects
- Supports employees in resolving human resources issues in timely and efficient problem-solving manner

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- University degree in Economical or Humanitarian studies
- Experienced in HR payroll and administration field – 2+ years
- Overall knowledge of HR processes
- Very good command of English language – level B1/B2
- Advanced Computer literacy (MS Office package)
