WAREHOUSE SPECIALIST
Key responsibilities
- To Manage the day-to-day operations of the spare parts and raw materials warehouse;
- Conduct baseline stock inventory of spare parts and raw materials warehouse;
- Ensuring the proper receipt and storage of all received commodities;
- Ensuring the prompt entry of all orders;
- Ensuring the correct picking, packing and distribution of orders;
- Identifying current and potential product shortages;
- Identifying and implementing process changes as required to ensure more efficient operations of the spare parts and raw materials warehouse;
- Making changes to the layout and organization of the spare parts and raw materials warehouse to facilitate efficient operations;
- Promptly informing the management of any issues;
- Improve performance within the spare parts and raw materials warehouse;
- Technical purchase & follow up purchase orders;
- Inventory management of spare parts, raw and packaging materials;
- Purchasing spare and ware parts;
- Inspection of incoming goods;
- Responsible for outgoing goods;
- Prepares a situational analysis report with recommendations and implementation plan.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Valid forklift certificate
- Forklift experience – 2+ years
