LEGAL PROCEDURES & HR SPECIALIST

 

Required qualifications

  • University degree in Law, Architecture, Urban Planning or any related division;
  • Experience in building permit & occupancy permit procedures, preferably in mixed-use development projects;
  • Knowledge on North Macedonia building law, urban planning, zoning procedures, official approval steps;
  • Experience in contract preparation & negotiation
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English;
  • Good command of AutoCAD and all MS Office programs;
  • Being a self-motivated problem solver and self-initiator with positive attitude to think and design out of the box;
  • Ability to work in flexible working hours and independently with minimum supervision;
  • Possess organizational skills and know planning methods;
  • Resilient team player;
  • Macedonian nationality.

Job description

  • Developing tracking lists and following up all official permit steps related to building permit, occupancy permit, title deed, traffic permit, etc. in line with the project timeline;
  • Checking all drawings, documents, calculations, files prepared for permit applications, supporting the team in order to finalize permit applications documentation;
  • Distributing and collecting softcopy approvals to local & national authorities, following up hardcopy approvals accordingly;
  • Leading the entire permit process in accordance with project time-schedule; periodical reporting to management;
  • Preparing and negotiating contracts with 3rd parties;
  • Participating in recruitment process of organization
  • Participating in meetings with local / national authorities when necessary;
  • Preparing, updating and periodically distributing relevant follow-up lists and all tracking sheets;
  • Systematic archiving of all documents & drawings (both for hardcopy & softcopy).
