HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for :
- Implementation, developing, and maintaining local HR policies and practices, aligned with Group requirements;
- Supporting current and future business needs through identifying development and training needs, applying for training programs;
- Execute and administrate the recruitment and selection process;
- Maintain and administrate employee files and keep in track of all employee-related documentation;
- Compensation analyses and management;
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics;
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Previous experience in an HR role 3 + years
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Good knowledge of local labor law
- Experience in HR Best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
- Strong organizational and time–management skills
- Strong MS skills
- Fluency in English
