Tool Maker - Molding
In order to support the Molding department in Kavadarci, we are looking for specialist who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!
Tasks:
- Analyze defects and interruptions on equipment/prototypes with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic or electrical components, using diagnostic systems as required
- Analyze and eliminate weak areas and cooperate in developing suggestions for eliminating problem areas
- Suggest actions for maintenance and repair, as well as for adapting maintenance standards
- Starting up middle complexity equipment/prototypes and adjust machine controls; correct revision programs; conduct test runs
- Manual and machine production of middle complexity equipment/prototypes (e.g. tools, fixtures, lines including simple SPS programs, etc.) according to stated work documents (e.g. routings, drawings, sketches, principle drawings, etc.) including necessary setup activities (e.g. function checks, etc.)
- Assemble equipment/prototypes (e.g. tools, fixtures, lines, etc.) according to drawings, principle drawings, functional descriptions; check for feasibility, adjust and/or rework as required
Profile:
- Secondary Electro-Technical School
- Be familiar with DEC EHS policy and Environment safety guidelines
- Several years’ experience in injection tool
- With knowledge in computer operating
- Preferable knowledge of English language and MS Office
