Transport Administrator
In order to support the Human Resources department in Kumanovo, we are looking for Transport Administrator who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!
Tasks:
- Responsible for transport optimization
- Support and advise associates in simple personnel, social and labor law questions
- Support the manager or HR associates in preparing documents and consolidate data for HR reports
- Review the feedback from the respective Managers and Assistants, determines discrepancy and follow up on missing information
- Prepare reports connected with employees Time and Attendance
- Responsible for accurate and timely plan and organization of transportation of employees
Profile:
- University degree
- 2 years in Human Resources
- Good command of MS-Office
- Working knowledge of written and spoken English (German language will be considered as advantage)
- Skills in database management and recordkeeping
- Knowledge of labor law and SAP
