CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Customer Service Representative
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and subordinates at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicate with customers through various channels utilizing proper grammar and spelling.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products to ensure the ability to answer questions.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and offer recommendations for improvements.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues, as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Assist with Office Administration responsibilities.
- Other duties as requested by management
