HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for :
- Implementation, developing, and maintaining local HR policies and practices, aligned with Group requirements;
- Supporting current and future business needs through identifying development and training needs, applying for training programs;
- Consistently recruiting excellent staff;
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process;
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management;
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties;
- Conducting performance and wage reviews;
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness;
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures;
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
- Previous experience in an HR role 3 + years
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Good knowledge of local labor law
- Experience in HR Best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
- Strong organizational and time–management skills
- Strong MS skills
- Fluency in English
