Responsibilities:
- Standard reference profiles (job descriptions) analysis and review with relevant departments
- Creating and maintaining reference profiles for job positions in the company
- Regular review of the global and of the country-specific updated organizational structure and communicating the relevant changes to the departments
- Support and advice for the departments on the feasibility of structural changes in compliance with the applicable international guidelines
- Revising the organization chart and documenting all changes
- Local adjustment and maintenance of HR standard processes (policies & procedures)
- Support in preparation of employment related documents
- Information support of new employees

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years' experience in HR administration
- BA degree in HR, Economics, Social Sciences or other relevant area
- English language knowledge and German language is an advantage
- MS Office package (Word, Excel, Visio)
