What you'll do:
- Tender design services and leading work with design teams with coordination with the other related teams
- Supervision of the construction of sites and participation in construction progress meetings with designers and lead contractors
- Disposition of the inventory equipment related to the buildings
- Handing over activities of finished buildings
- Monitoring for construction defects from the beginning to the expiration of the warranty period
- Checking the content and completeness of the data of invoices
- Verifying that the types and categories of costs are correctly set

What you'll need:
- Professional experience and experience working with house technic (electricity, BMS, water supply, sewage, heating, ventilation, etc.) projects
- BA degree - Mechanical Engineer, Construction eng1neer
- English language knowledge, German is an advantage
- MS Office package (Word, Advanced Excel)
- Driving license - B category active driver
