In order to support the Operations Engineering at our plant in Kumanovo we are looking for Technical Assistant Operations Engineering who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!

Tasks:

• Perform organizational tasks (e.g. arrange events, organize travels, etc.)
• Prepare and maintain simple documents (e.g. presentations, lists, documentations, instructions, etc.)
• Coordinate and track the activities assigned by the Head and his deputies
• Gather, input and process data according to guidelines (e.g. in HOST, Optimain, MES Reporting , MES Efficiency, Encore , CMH , etc)
• Carry out general administrative tasks according to guidelines (e.g. organizing files, archiving documents, answering and forwarding calls and mail, etc.)
• Prepare department’s purchasing/sales docs (e.g. spare parts, office supplies, etc.) according to company guidelines

Profile:

• University degree
• DRX experience or 1 year administrative experience
• Computer literacy, Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook, Power Point
• Advanced knowledge of English language, medium knowledge of German will be considered as advantage
• Basic knowledge of  Quality Tools
• Willingness to learn
