Health and Safety Specialist
In order to support the Environment, Health and Safety Department in Kumanovo, we are looking for Health and Safety Specialist who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!
Tasks:
- Advise management in all industrial safety-/ health-relevant topics (e.g. planning and maintaining production facilities and equipment; procuring working equipment and introducing work processes; selecting personal protective equipment; setting up and evaluating workstations, the work process and work environment; checking the working equipment and technical working materials especially before startup, fire protection, etc.)
- Observe the implementation of industrial safety/ occupational health / fire protection and accident prevention
- Plan and conduct trainings for associates with regard to environmental protection (e.g. on environmental damages and other hazards, etc.)
- Identify trends and legal amendments in the field of environmental protection (e.g. new legal regulations, improvements of facility/equipment safety, development and implementation of environmentally friendly processes, etc.) as well as suggest measures
- Prepare documentation, procedures in accordance with the law, participate in preparation of annual EHS training plan based on the needs and contribute to the implementation of EHS trainings, preparing educational materials
- Contribute in the evaluation of health and safety risks threatening the employees, and proposes improvements and preventive measures
Profile:
- Technical University degree
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in HSE field
- Very good knowledge of English language, German language will be considered as an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
- HSE Certifications
- Excellent theoretical and practical knowledge of HSE
