For our Mechatronics division in Shtip North Macedonia, we are looking for the following position:
PLC COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
- PLC programming in semi-automated assembly line (Omron PLC, frequent regulators, sensors, motors, electrical wirings etc.)
- Design and maintain of Robot stations - screwing, greasing, riveting, electrical tester etc…
- Preparing PY stations (pick to light systems , camera systems for quality control, PLC with sensors and pins, etc..)
- Troubleshooting of electrical/mechanical machine downtime.
- Participating in ordering of new equipment (considering Lessons learned from previous projects, considering working expenses as spare parts/downsize, quick change over etc..)
- Supporting maintenance in preventive and predictive maintenance plan
- Supporting engineering in design of new equipment (design of assembly lines, process validation)
- Train electric maintenance technicians.
- Other duties as required.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Industrial Automation.
- Experienced programmer of PLC systems. SIEMENS, Omron, Festo provide certification if exist.
- Experiences in camera system (Festo, Keyence, etc ) and Automated Quality detections
- Experience in pneumatic and programing controlling units (Festo, SMC etc)
- Experience in Poka Yoke stations and system upgrades (pick to light, Cameras, sensors etc..)
- Experience in Pyton programming will be plus. Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good interpersonal and effective organizational skills
- Team player
