About the Client:
Our client partner is based in the USA and sells Sales and Marketing services and SaaS software to Real Estate Agents across the US. Our Partner promises to triple an Agent’s business in 18 months or less through a unique combination of product offering, lead generation and cutting-edge Internet marketing activities.
Your Opportunity:
As our Partner’s Junior Product Manager, you will report directly to the Vice President of Product and join a distributed team across the world. As a crucial member of the product team, you will play a key role in driving the development and success of our cutting-edge technology solutions.
Your Job:
Product Development:
- Collaborate with senior product managers and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define product features, and create detailed product roadmaps.
- Monitor product performance and track key metrics to evaluate the success of product features, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Project Management:
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to oversee the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.
- Monitor the sprint performance, analyse work and task realisation to report the progress to management and project managers.
Product Documentation:
- Create and maintain clear and concise product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and specifications, to facilitate smooth development and team communication.
Testing and QA:
- Coordinate product testing and quality assurance efforts, conducting rigorous testing to identify and resolve issues before product launches.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in product management are a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience as a product manager, product owner, or similar role is desirable, but not required. Recent graduates with relevant internships or projects will also be considered.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of distributed technology concepts, cloud computing, and software development processes.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions and assess product performance.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Collaboration: A team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a distributed and remote work environment.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Initiative: A self-starter who takes initiative and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership over assigned responsibilities.
