Our client partner is based in the USA and sells Sales and Marketing services and SaaS software to Real Estate Agents across the US. Our Partner promises to triple an Agent’s business in 18 months or less through a unique combination of product offering, lead generation and cutting-edge Internet marketing activities.

Your Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Product Manager to join a fast-paced, distributed technology company. As a crucial member of our clients team, you will be responsible for driving the creation and implementation of end-to-end new functionalities and processes.

Your Job:

Agile Project Management: 

• Adopting Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, to break projects into sprints and ensure objectives are met.
• Creating and managing project plans from idea to implementation, considering time constraints.
• Facilitating effective communication between UX team members, engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence to track project progress, create tasks, and document processes.

Managing a Distributed Team:

• Setting clear expectations for tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities, promoting effective collaboration.

Sprint and Task Prioritization: 

• Prioritizing tasks based on business value, urgency, and evolving requirements.
• Planning and coordinating sprints, setting sprint goals, and tracking progress.
• Crafting a short-term roadmap, considering the limited knowledge about the long-term company and product vision.
• Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to handle dynamic changes in priorities for smooth implementation.

Monitoring and Reporting: 

• Utilizing PowerBI for data analysis, identifying trends, issues, and reporting results to the project team and management.
• Creating and maintaining PowerBI dashboards to monitor project progress, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and goal achievement.

Organization-wide Reporting

• Collaborating with business leaders to understand their reporting needs and providing them with relevant information and analyses.
• Proficiently navigating the database data structure and utilizing reporting tools like PowerBI for data collection and processing.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in product management are a plus.
• Experience: Prior experience as a product manager, product owner, or similar role is desirable, but not required. Recent graduates with relevant internships or projects will also be considered.
• Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of distributed technology concepts, cloud computing, and software development processes.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions and assess product performance.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Collaboration: A team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a distributed and remote work environment.
• Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Initiative: A self-starter who takes initiative and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership over assigned responsibilities.
