Following the successful start-up of the Macedonian Plant, we are looking for Product Cost Engineer / Controller to join our Competence Centre part of KOSTAL Macedonia that supports KOSTAL Group in diverse controlling topics.
KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
MANDATORY (and not limited to the following list):
- Prepare and update basic costs calculations for existing and new upcoming products
- Cost tracking of changes in existing programs
- Participating on project meetings for new projects focusing on preparing / supporting costs analysis
- Cost driver analysis
- Prepare scenario-based manufacturing calculations, decision calculations, status reports, and develop the Target costs/target prices using product life cycle costing (PLC).
- Support of ROI calculations, make or buy decisions
- Support in standardisation of calculations on Group Level
- Support in development of DCF and IRR calculations of projects
- Supporting controlling team on ongoing projects in controlling including overseeing and evaluation of existing processes and proposing new more effective processes
- Supporting the overall planning, reporting and compliance processes
COMPETENCIES NEEDED:
- The ideal candidate would have relevant University degree in Business administration / Industrial Engineering and professional training, study, further or additional professional education or experiences
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
- Advanced computer skills (Excel), knowledge of SAP system is an advantage
- TC/PCM system is advantage
- Project management experience is considered as advantage
- Strong analytic and problem solving competence
- Ability to work to deadlines under pressure
- Team player, Proactive, Well motivated
- Fluent in Macedonian and English language, knowledge of German language is an advantage
- Experience in manufacturing on similar position will be considered a significant advantage
