HR Intern
The HR intern will be included in multiple areas of HR activities: Implementation of corporate and local HR policies and procedures, administration and compliance, employee hiring, onboarding, records maintenance, employee and labor relations and communications, HR related trainings etc.
Required knowledge and skills:
- Student in Economy, Law, Philology, Psychology, Social Studies preferably
- Willingness to work with people and to educate them
- Accept continuous change
- Being patient with different requests
- Enthusiasm for personal lifelong learning
- Courage to propose improvements
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
- Find interesting working administrative duties
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- English proficiency
