HR Specialist
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the implementation of the recruitment process in the organization, including sourcing, assessing, selecting and onboarding new hires
- Liaises with managers and interviews employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
- Participates in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
- Implements the strategic plan of the human resources and legal affairs department according to current and future organizational needs and goals
- Develops and executes the performance management program to evaluate, measure and improve employee performance
- Monitors organizational effectiveness and manages HR-related operations, systems and procedures that maximize people performance and efficiency
- Monitors, evaluates and controls the efficiency and effectiveness of service methods and procedures
- Provides comprehensive training and development services for the company to ensure that all employees achieve high professional standards and that they have the necessary skills to help the company achieve its strategic goals
- Advises and assists internal departments in order to develop an effective internal campaign
- Conducts annual employee satisfaction surveys and responds according to the defined action plans
- Payroll and attendance process (Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, etc.)
- Process improvement and digitalization
- HR Administration
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant working experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal (both in Macedonian and English)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to use initiative
- Ability to provide advice and training to stakeholders of all levels
