TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English language
• Working in office space with team
• Assisting the clients by phone and email on a daily basis
• Working with booking portals and back office system
• Excellent command in working with computers, MS Office and Web tools
• A team player who  is always in a positive mood
• Diligent, self-initiated, creative and dedicated
• We’ve got you covered for everything, ready office with all IT equipment

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong verbal and written English language
• Team player
• University degree is a plus
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office and Web tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with each level of the company
• Self driven, who can spot challenges, suggest solutions and help improve processes
• Collaborative approach
