TALENT ACQUISITION LEAD
Role Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Lead – Partnering is responsible for managing a team of Talent Acquisition professionals focused on the delivery of market leading recruitment services for a broad range of EMAPTA clients and internal hiring managers. With a focus of achieving agreed SLA’s through a consistent high touch client experience; high quality and fast shortlists. The Talent Acquisition Lead– Partner is also responsible for building strategic relationships in the external market to build awareness of EMAPTA’s EVP and a reputation as an employer of choice.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Service Delivery
- Management and development of a growing team of Talent Acquisition professionals responsible for delivering recruitment services and shaping recruitment strategies for internal and EMAPTA Client vacancies
- Manage the provision of high quality, fast shortlists through ensuring the team leverage the EMAPTA pre-qualified Talent Communities
- Responsible for building strategic partnerships, programs and events in the external market to promote EMATPA’s Employer brand and EVP
- Work in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Operations team to foster a “one team” approach and to keep updated on Client shortlists
- Work closely with the Client Success and Growth teams to understand the requirements pipeline and emerging client needs
- Manage team and individual team member performance to service delivery SLA KPI’s.
- Set clear and transparent expectations through SLA’s, quality standards and Team objectives
- Cultivate a team culture that embeds the EMAPTA values, a service mindset, shared purpose and a spirit of continual improvement and recognition.
- Continually evolve Talent Strategies based on market insights and emerging trends.
Stakeholders and Relationship Management
- Anticipates stakeholder needs and is regularly consulted on initiatives as an SME Leader at an early stage
- Proactively builds relationships with key Stakeholders and an understanding of their needs and pain points
Reporting and Insights
- Uses data to drive decisions and manage performance
- Identifies important trends that could provide advantage and credibility
- Identifies and takes action early to address issues through a firm grasp of data, insights and metrics
- Uses insights to continually evolve strategy to provide competitive advantage
Qualifications:
- Must have Bachelors Degree in Human Resources / Psychology or any relevant courses
- A successful track record of career progression in Talent Acquisition
- Experienced in leading and developing high performing Talent Acquisition teams
- Demonstrable track record of building trusted relationships with Stakeholders/Hiring Managers
- Experience in using market knowledge, data and insights to develop Talent Sourcing and Recruitment strategies
- Excellent business level English – written and verbal
