What you'll do:
- Process and coordination of received stakeholder correspondence
- Collect information for reports for board of directors
- Coordination and monitoring of all documents which are time limited and other related responsibilities
- Coordination and assistance in the preparation of meetings
- Organize business trips for board of directors
- Coordination, ordering, and record keeping for the need of board of directors
- Working with the company's internal document flow
