Magna Mirrors South-East Europe, a division of Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting - leading supplier of innovative closure systems, modules and exterior and interior mirror systems, is opening the following position for the new Magna Mirrors factory located in Ohrid/Struga region:
Your Responsibilities
- Is responsible for communicating the strategy and guiding the towards targets
- Priority purposes are stations on OSM, commissioning, preparation of technical documentation for preventive maintenance, list of spare parts
- Training of technicians for maintenance of OSM machines
- Actively participated in the commissioning of machinery in the Plant
- Reduction of downtimes as part of its maintenance and repair work
- The elimination of machine and system malfunctions, maintenance, and repairs
- Planning of preventive and predictive maintenance and on timely resolving
- Plan repairs only according to the technical specifications of the equipment in order to prevent problem in production process
- Plans and organizes the specific activities, for decreasing downtime and improve production, without disturbing the production process
- Develops a training programs and a system for continuous improvement of knowledge and skills in the department
- Ensures collaboration between maintenance and other departments, Cooperates with project leaders
- Cooperates with all engineering departments and operations off the company, reviewing the technical specifications to makes recommendations on the product, technology machines, and tooling which has to be in use, performs all task related to the maintenance programs of the company
- To make an order of spare parts as needed
- Ensure machine software backup and documentations, administrates technical documentation
- Responsible for implementations of all standard IATF, ISO, 5S
- To comply with environmental and policy in accordance with the requirements of the quality system and standards for safety
Who we are looking for:
- High School education/Technical education
- Required experience min 1 year in automotive industry
- Experience on similar leading role will be considered as an advantage
- Good interpersonal and effective organizational skills
- Understanding of manufacturing processes
Your preferred qualifications
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Outlook)
- Knowledge of IATF, ISO standards, 5s
