We are looking for a ''Human Resources Supervisor'' to take part in ATU Duty Free located in Macedonia.
Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for Macedonia Airport duty free stores (Skopje and Ohrid).

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with major in related departments
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience
- Minimum 2 years of Supervisor experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Good team player with strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Good understanding of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel) and HR information systems (e.g. SAP) would be advantageous
- Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
- Highly interactive and people oriented
- Positive attitude with an ability to motivate others
Job Description

- To plan and implement the organization of human resources (recruitment, onboarding and training development activities of suitable candidates) necessary for the achievement of the goals of the Company
- Perform all payroll/accrual transactions of employees, update the payroll program in accordance with the legislation and legal changes
- Calculate monthly payroll and report HQ
- Report employee information periodically to HQ
- Improving the business culture and internal procedures
- Working closely with the leadership team and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase engagement
- Analysis of the needs for trainings/workshops and their coordination
- Organizing of team-building program and activities
- Following changes in the laws relevant to HR sector of the Company
- Monitoring of ethic relations among colleagues and towards the clients
- Taking care of the safety and health features of the working environment
- Active role within related HR projects
