THT ASSEMBLY ENGINEER (M/F/D)
Position Summary
As THT Assembly Engineer, you will play a key role for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of all production related manufacturing equipment & processes required to manufacture a high quality product in a repeatable and cost effective manner.

The vacancy is to be positioned in Skopje - Macedonia, and will report to the Production technology Leader.
Your Role
- You will be responsible for setup, installation, maintenance and optimization for all machines & processes to THT/ASSY (coating, dispensing, stitching, screwing, selective soldering, de-paneling, presfit, cover assembly process, vibration welding).
- You will be responsible for creation of programs and Wave profiles for Wave machines according CSR and product/component requirements.
- You will be responsible for continuous Improvements, Best business practices, Lean & Kaizen activities for THT/ASSY processes.
- You will be responsible for tracking, maintain and follow up on reflow profiles of selective soldering machines according CSR (Customer specific requirements) and product /component requirements.
- You will maintaining all necessary documentation of THT/ASST processes.
Your Background
- You got Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical studies, preferable with relevant experience in electronics production.
- You have Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive industry and/or Manufacturing engineering department.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Office Package.
- You have analytical skill and you are Lean thinker.
