Our headquarter is based in Mainz (Germany), with offices marketing offices in Skopje and administration offices in Sofia. We sell the products all over Europe with a focus on German-speaking countries and soon USA.
Marketing Manager / German Fitness company (m/f)
- The unique value propositions and key benefits of the products that will be marketed
- Create compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Develop a positioning statement that differentiates the product from competitors.
- Develop a marketing delivery plan, what will be presented, when and how.
#2 Coordinate Content Creation and Management
#3 Content Launch Planning and Execution
- Banners: Appealing one-page banners that contains the essence of the marketing materials and purchasing options.
- Landing Pages: Promotional pages designed to capture leads and drive sales, often used in conjunction with marketing campaigns.
- Announcements: Posts to announce the product launch across all social media platforms.
- Teasers and Sneak Peeks: Generate excitement before the launch with preview content.
- Engagement Posts: Interactive content like polls, Q&A sessions, and contests to engage the audience.
- Banner Ads: Eye-catching ads for display networks and retargeting campaigns.
- Launch Announcement Emails: Inform subscribers about the new product launch.
- Drip Campaigns: A series of emails leading up to and following the launch, providing information and incentives.
- Promotional Offers: Special discounts, bundles, or limited-time offers to encourage purchases.
YOUR QUALIFICATION
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience from a well know marketing agency with strong digital focus.
- Experience in various marketing roles such as digital marketing, content marketing, or brand management is highly valuable.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role is often required to demonstrate leadership and team management skills.
- Digital Marketing Proficiency: Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social, media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent English skills, writing and speaking.

CONTRACT AND SALARY
- The position is based in our Skopje Office in Kisela Voda.
- You will receive a Macedonian employment contract with full-paid benefits and social security.
- At the end of the year, there will be a bonus based on the company's sales performance, which will be negotiated individually depending on your qualifications, motivation, and commitment.
