EQUIPMENT DEVELOPMENT TECHNICIAN
About the Role:
For our Mechatronics division in Shtip, we are looking for Equipment Development Technician.
Your Responsibilities:
- Help with purchasing of spare parts for assembly equipment.
- Troubleshooting and programming of all automation equipment.
- Planning projects to help optimize all assembly equipment.
- Support Continuous Improvement by suggesting longer term processing solutions that will reduce costs by way of improved scrap rates and optimized efficiency
- Ensure all processes are running to baseline and that any changes are properly evaluated and documented with the appropriate change form.
- Help to create and establish baselines for new and existing equipment.
Who are we looking for:
- High school diploma
- Min. 5 years manufacturing experience
- Fanuc Robot programming
- Troubleshooting/Programming PLC and HMI’s
- Mechanical Experience (preferred)
- Electrical controls experience
- Min 2 years robotic automation experience
Your preferred qualifications:
- Aptitude for mechanical and electrical equipment
- Proficient in basic computer programs
