Trade Marketing Manager South East Europe (m/f)

Responsibilities:

• Develop annual trade marketing plans and activities for different export markets and clients;
• Provides coordination between the Sales and Marketing Department in connection with the needs of field sales and marketing initiatives;
• Negotiate and agree all trade marketing plans and activities with respective clients;
• Identifies, provides and creates goal-oriented operational plans for the implementation of brand strategy and achieving market targets for brands;
• Ensure constant monitoring, reporting and post evaluation of activities;
• Ensure the KTI brands are represented at retail level adhering to corporate guidelines and overall sales and marketing strategies;
• Regularly travel abroad to visit respective markets and clients, monitor trends and proposes ideas for further business development;
• Supports local teams in the execution of marketing activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives, while ensuring the desired product benefits and brand values/equity are properly communicated;
• Contributes to achieving the company objectives and improve market share, customer satisfaction and product presentation;
• Develop and manage the trade marketing budget and expenses;
• Ensure efficient spending of central budget and supervises the trade marketing spending in the subsidiaries;
• Support local teams in the execution of their training programs;
• Ensure that the local feedback is taken into account by regularly visiting sales teams, customers and stores;

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree;
• Advanced knowledge of English and Serbian
• Driver's licence - B category
