MALL FINANCE ASSISTANT
(Diamond mall)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Economics or related fields,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance/accounting
- Computer literacy is compulsory (Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
- Work experience in accounts will be an added advantage
- A very good command of written and spoken English (command of Turkish an advantage)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
Job Description:
- Collecting monthly turnover data from the tenants within the foreseen deadlines, checking the received data and making reconciliation with the tenant;
- Classifying the invoices and preparing for delivery together with the delivery list
- Follow up of the bank guarantees/policies validity, making the necessary reminders and ensures their renewal if needed
- Assistance in preparing bank documents/forms
- Follow up of the invoices in the process of internal approval
- Communication with the tenants (Reminding deadlines, contractual liabilities, payments etc. if necessary)
- Finance data entry- assistance in creating tenant database
