To support our team located in Skopje, Macedonia we are currently looking for:
Gemba Quality Engineer (m/f)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Running review of quality related processes by phase of the development by inclusion of client-relevant quality standards
- Discharging of corrective - and improvement actions in the scope of the quality control loop in consideration of an optimal cost-value ratio
- Early cognition of weak points and mistakes in the running production and to be able to ensure the customer satisfaction
- Registering errors and analyzing within the scope of the quality control loop
- Acquisitions and stabling of potential and real Quality problems of products
- Inclusion and trace of information's gained from the client (complaints)
- Continuous improvement of all processes and actively participate in the implementation of a quality system
- Execution of inspections referred to the inspection plan
- Displaying and forwarding defect characteristics / complaints and transmission to referred sections
- Creating a defect analysis after objective and economic aspects, discharging conformable actions and controlling of their effectiveness
- Blocking of material, products and processes
- Classification of suspicious material and products
- Advancement and execution of preventive quality engineering's in the whole process of production
Essential requirements:
- University degree in Technical Faculty
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production plant in quality department
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office Package
- Knowledge of Quality systems and basic Quality tools
- Knowledge of methods of quality control
- Comprehensive engineering knowledge, auditor process
- Experience in ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 requirement is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of customer specific requirements
