MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
About the Role:
For our Mechatronics division in Shtip, we are looking for Maintenance Engineer.
Your Responsibilities:
- Reduction of downtimes as part of its maintenance and repair work.
- Planning of preventive and predictive maintenance and on timely resolving.
- Plan repairs only according to the technical specifications of the equipment in order to prevent problem in production process.
- Plans and organizes the specific activities, for decreasing downtime and improve production, without disturbing the production process (MTTR / MTBF improvements).
- Ensures spare parts are ordered according equipment manufacturers as well as consumption analysis, optimizes parts on stock (standardization)
- Develops a training programs and a system for continuous improvement of knowledge and skills in the department.
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in molding and assembly processes
- Good SAP knowledge
- Thinks conceptually and intuitively from a lean perspective
- Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems
Your preferred qualifications:
- Good knowledge of ERP systems
