Main responsibilities include
- receiving and processing inquiries via email and telephone
- coordination with other units
- preparing weekly and monthly reports
- occasionally performing office tasks

- a minimum of one year work experience in CC field
- clear and concise written and oral communication skills
- outgoing attitude and engaging personality
