Agile Pro Solutions (APS), headquartered in the USA is currently growing its team in Skopje.

For the needs of our client in the Solar PV industry in the USA, we are recruiting dynamic and motivated Project Manager.

Project Managers are responsible for ensuring the success of residential PV projects by collaborating with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customers. They are responsible for taking over projects once a sale has closed, and helping to drive the project to successful completion. Project Managers maximize efficiency in the implementation of detailed project plans, keeping track of goals, tasks, resources, schedules, costs, and contingencies.  

USA working hours 4pm - 12 am Monday to Friday (onsite)

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Scope Management: Define the scope of the project by identifying requirements, create project plans, and tracking progress, and handling minor (<$500) change requests
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with the project and develop strategies to mitigate them. 
  • Communication Management: Ensure effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and other project managers. 
  • Schedule Management: Create and manage project schedules, identify critical paths, tracking progress, and adjusting the project schedule as needed
  • Quality Management: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements. 
  • Customer Management: meet with customers upon initial project outreach and at the finalization of the project, introducing work crews, explaining project, explaining how to use systems, and establishing the relationship with customers
  • Project Development: manage interconnections and permitting
Requirements:
  • BA or equivalent job experience 
  • Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Supervision.
  • Project and process coordination.
  • Organized, proactive and responsible.
  • Accurate and paying attention to details.
  • Great time management skills and able to work on short schedules.
  • Critical thinking.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
