Night / Afterhours Dispatcher (m/f)
Position Overview:
As a Truck Dispatcher at Freightech Inc., you will play a crucial role in the coordination and execution of transportation operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assigning routes and loads to our team of skilled truck drivers;
- Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery;
- Providing real-time updates to drivers and customers regarding the status of shipments;
- Handling unforeseen issues and delays with efficiency and professionalism;
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation;
- Ensuring compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in US market;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency with dispatch software and technology.
