For our branch in Tetovo we are looking for a talented and initiative personality in the following position:
Robot Welding Operator / Spot Welding Operator
Responsibilities:
- Independent programming, setup and operation of a welding robot (preferred on Panasonic Systems)
- Manual Gas-shielded metal-arc welding of thin sheet metal parts according to technical drawings (post processing of welding groups prepared on a Robot)
- Monitoring the production and machine process
- Maintenance and repair of the welding robot
- Quality control by means of suitable measuring equipment
- Documentation of the finished components according to DIN EN 15085-2
Requirements:
- Experience in programming and processing a welding robot
- Skilled worker in a metal job
- Several years of professional experience as a welder
- Gas-shielded metal-arc welder with valid welding certificate (MAG-Welding)
- Experience in gas tungsten welding is a benefit (WIG-Welding)
- Experience in dealing with welding robots
- Knowledge about Offline programming is a big benefit
- Reading technical drawings
- Willingness to shift work
- Personal Skills: Initiative, teamwork, and flexibility
- 3 months training in our main plant in Germany is required Welder qualification tests DIN EN ISO 9606-1

- fillet weld 1-2 mm / 1,5-3mm
- >3mm
- Din EN ISO 5817 Quality Level for Imperfections
- Operator Exam for Spot Welding machine DIN EN 14732
- Operator Exam for Welding Robots DIN EN 14732
- Previous experience as a robot welding operator is required
