Shipping Coordinator
Position Summary
As the Shipping Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing all inbound and outbound shipments, including paper work in software system and you will be a main contact with shipping companies in Macedonia and abroad.

The vacancy is to be positioned in Skopje - Macedonia, and will report to the Logistics Manager.
Tasks:
- Organization and coordination of all inbound and outbound transports required for the Skopje plant as well as 3PL in Germany
- Follow up closely and track forwarders accuracy and reliability
- Record all transports and follow up approvals procedure
- Maintaining the data base with transportation data
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the all transports done
- Identify any systems improvements and make recommendations for change.
Your Background:
- You got Bachelor's degree in Economics or Technical studies, preferable with relevant experience in electronics production.
- You have Minimum 2 years of experience in production plant, organization of shipments
- You have Excellent knowledge of import/export regulations/customs regulations.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Office Package.
- You are Curious: Explore your curiosity, challenging the status quo.
