ADMINISTRATIVE
ASSISTANT

Job Description:

Dispatch and administrative assistant.
This job requires working week from Wednesday to Sunday.
Working hours are 09:00 to 17:00 hrs.
Organizing paperwork and day to day needs for dispatch supervisor.
Providing excellent communication and managing truck schedule, load update and paperwork organizing. 

Responsibilities:

  • Interaction with PM shift dispatch and safety-maintenance team. 
  • Uploading necessary files of driver records and truck records.
  • Tracking updates to broker if needed.
  • Assisting drivers with their load updates and schedule as well.

Requirements:

  • Position is open for candidates without experience as well. Proficiency in written and verbal English is a must, Spanish speaking candidates are welcomed. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and tracking software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of relevant transportation regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick, informed decisions.

Compensation: TBD
