Lawyer (Contract Specialist - Lease Agreements)
We are seeking a highly skilled Lawyer specializing in preparing lease agreements to join our team. As a Lawyer for lease contracts, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing lease agreements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract law, particularly in property leasing, and possess exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards and tenants' requirements.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to the Leasing Manager on lease-related matters.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property leasing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and tenants to understand business objectives and tailor lease agreements accordingly.
- Resolve legal disputes and issues related to lease agreements through negotiation or legal proceedings if necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to lease agreements and tenants’ interactions.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information handled during legal proceedings.
- Other legal duties and responsibilities as requested by the manager.
Requirements:
- Law University degree.
- Passed bar exam (advantageous).
- Proven experience as a Lawyer specializing in lease agreements or property law, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of contract law principles and property leasing regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with real estate developers, property management companies, or commercial tenants.
- Additional certifications or specialized training in real estate law or contract negotiation.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully handling complex lease negotiations and legal disputes.
