Accountant
Location: Skopje
Responsibilities:
- Controlling and journalizing sales, collections, and bank transactions daily
- Booking all invoices(opex&capex) in the correct period and according to the local country GAAP
- Booking all import and export declarations according to local legislation
- Making sure that the original legal documents (z reports, invoices, waybills) are safely transferred to the head office and keeping a regular filing system
- Requesting and/or approving the payment requests on EBA invoice approval platform
- Reconciling with every vendor that the company works with (rent vendors monthly, rest on a quarter basis)
- Supporting the ops team regarding financial inquiries
- Booking
- Participation in closing transactions and controls of materials, low-value assets, fixed assets
- Participation in closing transactions and controls
Qualifications:
- University degree,
- Min. 3-4 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in Retail sector.
- Knowledge regarding main Financial Table structure(BS, P&L, CFS)
- Good command of written & spoken English.
- Ability to use MS Office Excel program effectively is a must.
- Prone to teamwork.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
