For our branch in Tetovo, we are looking for a talented, experienced and initiative personality in the following position:
QUALITY MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with customers, suppliers and partners
- Managing all quality activities across the manufacturing plant
- Creating awareness for Quality within the organization
- Supervising and improving quality processes
- Supervising system procedures
- Management of internal and external complaints
- Coordinate activities related to solving the problems of quality
- Supervision of the measuring equipment
- Establishing and optimizing indicators and targets related to the process of quality
Requirements and qualifications:
- Higher technical education, nice to have post-graduate quality education
- Min. 5 years of experience on similar position (preferred experience in manufacturing companies),
- Excellent English, German will be an asset
- Practical knowledge of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 (IATF 16949 is a plus)
- Internal Quality Auditor at least ISO 9001
- Practical knowledge of tools and quality methods such as PDCA, APQP,PPAP, FMEA, 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa etc.
- Solid knowledge of Six Sigma Methodology
- Good knowledge of MS Office Tools and knowledge of SAP system is a plus
- You are transparent in approach and enjoy healthy, respectful debate. You work hard to build open and honest collaborative relationships
