Your Tasks

• Coordinate maintenance orders within the designated service area;
• Perform maintenance tasks including inspections, repairs;
• Manage spare parts for the assigned area;
• Oversee and maintain the highest levels of hygiene across all factory areas, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies;
• Develop and review risk assessments annually, and as needed;
• Proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as plant and area management;
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including working time laws and occupational safety regulations. Ensure all legal regulations are followed in the assigned area;
• Enforce adherence to internal regulations;
• Conduct regular 6S audits and safety inspections;
• Oversee the performance of external companies within the area of responsibility;

​Your Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a production environment with relevant maintenance experience, including managing key performance indicators and personnel;
• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance;
• Fluent in Macedonian (required) and English (required); German language skills are a plus;
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on networking and sharing best practices.
