For our branch in Tetovo, we are looking for a talented, experienced and initiative personality in the following position:
PRODUCTION PLANNER
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the capacity planning and material availability to ensure that the daily, weekly and monthly sales plan will be realized
- Scheduling of production orders.
- Planning the production orders in optimal batch size considering the capacity of the production line.
- Applying the rules of just-in-time production to the orders of the daily, weekly and monthly sales plan.
- Ensure availability of parts (time, quantity and quality)
- Monitoring of production processes and tracing parts for internal production.
- Monitoring and analyzing the inventory development of work in process parts
- Ensures the production starts/ends on time.
- Monitoring and reporting efficiency per department on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Tracking, analyzing and reporting all production relevant KPI´s
- Support in identifying current problems in the production process, implementing projects for appropriate improvements and monitoring the implementation
- Assigning corrective measures together with the production manager and the affected departments
- Creation of material master data in our SAP System.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or commercial related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in production and controlling.
- Independently working in a framework given.
- Self-confident, initiative with good communication abilities.
- Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English.
- Advanced knowledge of MS-Office.
- Experienced with ERP-Systems (SAP R/3 is a benefit).
- Personal Skills: Initiative, team worker, flexible with organizational and leadership skills
