HR Specialist
Our client, is a producer of health-conscious snacks and sweets, operates a modern office in Skopje and a production facility in Bitola. The factory focuses on creating innovative, better-for-you snacks that are free of added sugar, gluten, and palm oil. With a skilled workforce of approximately 120 employees, they are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join the team in Bitola, bringing extensive knowledge of HR operations in a manufacturing setting.
Position Overview:
- As the HR Specialist, you will develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s broader goals. You will oversee key HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the company culture, fostering employee engagement, and continuously improving HR practices within the production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and effectively support a team of 100-150 employees
- Lead the HR team, delegating tasks and ensuring successful execution
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure the best fit for each role
- Foster open communication across departments and ensure smooth HR operations
- Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen company culture and improve HR systems
- Organize company events and provide recommendations for employee development and training
- Conduct employee surveys and evaluations, analyze the data, and report findings to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven HR experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to spend time across all sectors of the facility to maintain daily employee engagement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Capacity to work independently while maintaining a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency with MS Office tools
- Fluency in both English and Macedonian
