Operations Specialist for Communications with Albanian

 

Role Overview: 

Our client is ready to expand its operations, and North Macedonia will be the next pit stop. They are looking for Operations Specialist for Communications to join our team in Skopje. In this role, you will play a key part in onboarding new service providers and ensuring they have the tools and resources to deliver excellent results from partners to end-users. You will also use analytical tools to monitor and manage the balance between requests and provider availability to ensure smooth operations.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, excellent at building relationships, and eager to contribute to operational excellence. While this role is primarily Monday to Friday, occasional weekend availability and travel within North Macedonia may be required.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Create meaningful content and engagement materials for service providers using internal tools like email newsletters, in-app messaging, push notifications, and chatbots.
  • Develop resources, such as FAQs and guides, to enable providers to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
  • Optimize operational processes, communication channels, and workflows.
  • Monitor and enhance service provider performance and manage onboarding funnels.
  • Provide direct communication and support for providers, handling inquiries and offering guidance through email and internal messaging platforms.
  • Assist with both daily operations and ad-hoc projects as required. 
 
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in customer service or people-oriented roles, preferably with online communication.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a talent for creating engaging content for large audiences.
  • Proactive problem-solver, capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
  • Empathetic and motivational, with daily contact and support for service providers.
  • A strong creative mindset, with the ability to conceptualize and implement new ideas.
  • Fluency in Macedonian, Albanian, and English is required.
