Major Job Responsibilities:

• Appropriate program selection for the part that is injected into the injection machine;
• Appropriate color program selection and programming of color dosing scales.
• Appropriate robot program selection;
• Cleaning of all paint dosing equipment: scales, aggregate silo, paint hoses, paint bin, cleaning of the unit with special material, cleaning trough mold heater;
• Cleaning of Water Temperature Unit (TSU);
• Preventive cleaning of the molds while in the machine;
• Preventive cleaning of the machine (granule, water, paint, oil, rust);
• Preventive maintenance of the machine at intervals 1,2,3,4 (lubrication, nozzle centering, change of filters, oil, etc., depending on which interval it requires);
• Visual and acoustic observation of molds and machinery during work;
• Observation of moving parts of molds, machines and robots (sliders, axles, water and oil hoses, etc.);
• Observation of passive machine parts (connectors, heaters);
• Mandatory filling of cards for preventive and general mold cleaning as well as computer layout for preventive cleaning;
• Mutual functionality and help as a whole team together with Tool Uploader is not excluded;
• Filling out cards and a schedule for preventive maintenance;
• Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and production of the above as a whole. Ensuring that all equipment is properly installed, it is smoothly operational;
• For any changes in programs, malfunctions the Machine Operator is obliged to notify the Operator's Supervisor why the changes have occurred;
• Other day-to-day activities.​​

Competency requirements:

• Education: High School Degree
• Working Basic in English
• Work experience in Production is an advantage
