Technical Support Specialist


Reports to: Team Manager
Location: Skopje, Macedonia

  • Working time: Monday – Friday, eight-hour rotating shifts in time frame from 09 00 till 19 00 (9 00-17 00; 11 00-19 00) - working on MK public holidays (paid according to the MK legal regulations).
  • Free weekend days (Saturday & Sunday)

SKILLS / Essential Criteria:
  • A proven track record of at least 3 years in providing technical support
  • Advance command of English language (B2/C1 level)
  • Effective and Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent problem solving and investigatory skills
  • Excellent mathematical ability
  • Very high proficiency with computers and in particular Microsoft Excel
  • Customer Focus
  • Attention to detail
  • Specialist Expertise – Genuine interest and passion for customer service
  • Working with others, Planning & Organizing
Desirable but not essential:
  • Experience with HTML/CSS
  • Experience with a similar ecommerce platform such as Magento, WooCommerce or Shopify
