Sales Information Point Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional approach at the information point.
- Provide clear, accurate, and engaging information about our products and services.
- Direct customers to the sales office as needed, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Maintain a positive and helpful demeanour at all times.
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries, addressing concerns or redirecting them to relevant personnel.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and processes.
- Native Macedonian speaker with strong English proficiency; knowledge of Turkish is a plus.
