Over the past 2 years, the business has quadrupled, and the plan is to increase this speed of growth even further. That’s where you come in.
Pabau is growing fast which means you can too. Joining a SaaS business and helping it scale to a global presence is one of the most challenging and rewarding career experiences available. If this sounds exciting and like a dream job, then read on.
Marketing Executive
The role:
We’re looking for an experienced generalist marketing executive to join our marketing team!
Reporting to the Content Marketing Manager, you’ll be entrusted with delivering a wide range of marketing activities. We’re looking for a creative and results-driven marketing generalist who can own the end-to-end process of creating, executing, and delivering successful marketing campaigns. We want you to be able to take a brief - whatever that may be - and run with it.
This is a critical hire for our business, and we’re looking for the absolute best to join us at this very exciting time. You’ll work as part of the marketing team at Pabau, which includes the content team, partnerships team, product marketing team, design, and web team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Podcast distribution: You will own the distribution strategy of The Pabau Podcast and will coordinate all aspects of podcast production to ensure we publish and distribute new episodes to our clients via email, social media, and on our website etc.
- Social media management: You will be the main point of contact for all social media-related activities. You will plan a monthly social media content schedule and work with internal stakeholders to ensure it’s created, approved, and scheduled on time.
- App marketplace launch campaigns: Manage app launch campaigns by liaising directly with content, product, and marketing teams - as well as the app partners - to develop repeatable communications plans we can use to launch new app marketplace partners.
- Partnerships marketing: You will work with the Partnerships Manager to create campaigns, content, email blasts, and be the direct point of contact for partners for marketing queries.
- Event-based marketing support: Support in creating event marketing campaigns, including content such as leaflets, flyers, infographics, email blasts, and lead nurture sequences.
You’ll be:
- Collaborative: You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer care teams, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company goals. We need you to go out and find out the information you need to deliver successful campaigns.
- Confident owning our brand voice: You will own our brand voice across a variety of platforms, so you’ll have a deep understanding of how we want to sound and be able to replicate that - and push back on anything that doesn’t quite fit the brief.
- Customer-focused: We need a smart, empathetic marketer who can transform technical information into clear, compelling copy that communicates the value of our product to our clients. You will have to translate technical information into content that hooks our customers and makes them want to open our emails, read our blogs, and buy our product.
- Adaptable: Be flexible and willing to take on a variety of marketing tasks as needed. You’ll need to be able to flex to the needs of the business. That might mean everything from creating an email to customers at short notice or writing an in-system message.
- Ruthless at prioritization: With lots of tasks and deadlines to juggle, we’ll need you to manage your time and tasks and prioritize what is most important.
- A team player: No egos here, we’re a team!

- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of various marketing channels and strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Hubspot, Elementor and Wordpress, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
- Excellent written English. We need you not just to be able to write, but to be able to write in our tone of voice and break down complex subject matters in a helpful, digestible way.
