Manufacturing IT System Engineer
Position Summary
As IT – Support Manufacturing Execution System (FIS) you will play a key role in our plant for IT operational issues, incidents and business client complaints.
You will provide the organization with Information Technology support to optimize operational efficiency. To us nothing is impossible, you will have autonomy to explore your curiosity, having fun and celebrating success along the way.
The vacancy is to be positioned in Skopje - Macedonia, and will report to the Production Technology Leader.
Tasks:
- Responsible for maintenance of the production process and product follow up software (FIS) and maintenance of all the necessary documentation
- Application based support – maintaining 24/7 life of company software applications (SAP)
- Server based support – maintaining 24/7 accessibility
- Oversee operational outages working with all resolver teams for successful resolution of the issue
- Through partnerships with the production personnel, you will ensure the required technical support for all critical process and product issue resolution as well as technical direction to the engineer is available for all product builds and process operations
- Provide regular reports to the management during operational outages, root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Consolidate and report KPI’s in manufacturing engineering department
- Coordinates business escalations to resolve IT operational issues, incidents and business client complaints
- Follow the company manufacturing procedures
- Ensure compliance with Customer requirements and IATF Audits
Your Background
- Bachelor degree, Engineering or technical studies
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of IT
- Preferable: Knowledge of Electronics Manufacturing products and processes
- Solid knowledge of IT service delivery for applications
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent English
- Problem solving abilities
