For our branch in Tetovo we are looking for a talented and initiative personality in the following position:
Internal sales / Order processing
Responsibilities:
- Issuing of sales invoices
- Order entry and checking of orders in the ERP-System
- Issuing of shipping documents
- Coordination of logistics Kiel / customer
- Coordination of dates / deadlines with customers
- Dealing with customs and procedures
- Statistical reports
- Delivery notes
- Issuing Euro 1 certificate
- Calculation of sales prices
- Responsible for cost reduction in logistic for outgoing shipments
Requirements and qualifications:
- Relevant faculty degree;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse community;
- Minimum 3 years expertise in the area of Sales or Customer care;
- Proficient in English, German is a big bene
- Software knowledge: MS Office applicatio
- Knowledge of ERP software, preferably SAP R/3;
- Technical knowledge;
- Individual, initiative, flexible, team player
