COUNTRY MARKETING MANAGER (m/f/d)

- Identifying key decision makers, influencers and gatekeepers in the assigned territory and developing effective network
- Building trustful & long-term customer partnership
- Actively identifying & sharing information on growth opportunities, competitive developments and customer needs
- Proposing / developing and/or co-creating effective solutions and improvements with clients and/or colleagues
- Translating the brand strategy to local market and patient realities and developing & optimizing brand strategy based on solid understanding of both omnichannel marketing tools and the scientific dataset
- Preparing and executing engagement formats, events and digital channels on national level
- Ideas for value solutions
- Tracking impact of all activities using digital solutions
- Supporting P&I
- Regular self-learning and development with latest clinical data, brand strategy and tactics, competitive landscape and internal tools
- Self-organizing individual visits, group and peer-to-peer meetings in full compliance with local legislation and Bayer regulations
Unlock your potentials
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Stomatology is a must as required by local legislation
- Valid driving license B
- Fluency in English (written and verbal communication skills)
- Solid digital skills and learning agility are a must
- Strong professional communication and presentation skills
- High power of persuasion with high degree of social competence
- Ability to fluently manage customer interaction remotely
- Ability to balance customer orientation with business objectives
- Experience in campaign planning & delivery and end-to-end execution of customer experiences
- Ability to act independently with minimal guidance; determine own priorities and monitor own resources
- Ability to work resiliently in a complex environment, across functions/ levels, and in cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to think strategically and act operationally
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Knowledge of business administration and local compliance &legal regulations for healthcare and pharma companies
- Experience in similar roles is an advantage
